Continued Virtual Strengths Coaching
Personal: $100/hour; Business: $200/hour — In addition to the Discovery and the Expansion packages you will have the opportunity to engage with us on a as needed basis for virtual strengths deployment sessions.
Professional and Executive Coaching
Contract based - Typically determined as as result of an initial Strengths Discovery or Organizational/Financial Literacy Program delivery. Can be structured to fit the client needs and desired outcomes.

On Site Team strengths and reframing workshops
3-10 employees: $1500(4 hours), $3000(8 hours); 11-25 employees: $2500(4 hours), $5000(8 hours); 25+ employees: Variable contract - all proposals will be built out with travel costs for the facilitators.
Virtual Team strengths and reframing workshops
3-10 employees: $1500(2 hours), $2500(4 hours); 11-25 employees:Variable contract (2 hours), Variable Contract (4 hours); 25+ employees: Variable contract
